By attending the Play Pocket you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These rules apply for standard play sessions, events, and private parties.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel sessions if they do not meet our minimum participant number. In this event you will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund.

NO shoes are permitted within the play/cafe area. You must leave your shoes in the foyer and enter in socks only. Adults and children must be in socks, you can purchase them from us for £1. Then help yourself to slippers!

We are no longer in a position to offer session swaps so please ensure you book the right session. If you are unable to attend your session for any reason, your ticket will not be refunded. Unless the cancellation has come from our side.

Only food bought from our cafe can be consumed on site - unless pre-arranged with us for an allergy/medical reason, and these are not permitted in the play area - this is for adults and children.

Your play session is NOT supervised by Play Pocket staff. We strongly advise that you stay with your child at ALL times to keep them safe, and please note that you are liable for any damages caused. All of our furniture and equipment is provided in line with current health and safety regulations so we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur, however we hate little ones tears!! Please do inform us if any accidents happen so that we can assist you where necessary.

It is important that we keep our eating area and play area separate - the table area is where we serve hot food and drinks and it is for everyone’s safely that we walk our children through this area and sit them down - please do not allow your child to run through or play in this area.

If you have booked an event with us, e.g. Halloween or Christmas, as it states when booking, these tickets are non refundable.

If you don't give consent for your child to be shared on social media please inform me in writing and then point out your little one when you attend so I know their face :)
