Monday Pocket FIT - PT led, circuit style classes, designed for busy parents! No need to organise childcare as this 75 minute session includes 40 minutes workout while your child plays, then allows 35 minutes for coffee and connection with all the other attendees! Mondays 9:15 - 10:30, and 10:30 - 11:45

PAYG price or discounted monthly membership.

Music and Movement 10:10 - 10:40 multiple days of the week - free music and movement class with musical instruments and sensory scarves, included in your play session.

Messy Play - Fridays 10am - 10:45am. Weekly themes announced on social media. Bool a 9am or 10am slot to take part ❤️

One Thursday night every month, join us for an adults only evening focussing on self care and connection with other like minded mummies.
